Home Based/Case Management
Home-based & Case Management services are offered to both people with emotional impairments
and developmental disability. The focus of treatment is to work with the family to build
stability in in school, community, and neighborhoods.
Interventions include linking, coordinating, and monitoring of the youth's life to build natural
supports and advocate for the family's best interests. Mentors are also available to address
issues such as involvement in pro-social activities, conflict resolution, and anger
management.
