INVITATION TO BID 2021-001
OPENING OF SEALED BIDS
A meeting of the Building Committee of the Board of Directors of Summit Pointe will be held on Monday, September 13, 2021 at 4:00 p.m., at Summit Pointe South, 3630 Capital Ave. SW, Battle Creek, MI 49015. The purpose of the meeting is to open sealed bids on Invitation to Bid 2021-001.
Committee Members will be permitted to attend this meeting either in person, or by Zoom pursuant to Section 3a of the Open Meetings Act, MCL 15.263a. The basis for allowing remote participation by Committee Members of the Board is the Calhoun County Board of Commissioners’ Resolution 174-2020 dated October 15, 2020, which declared a local state of emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic and remains in effect.
To limit the number of people who gather in Summit Pointe’s board room for this Committee Meeting and to provide sufficient space for appropriate social distancing, members of the public (except representatives of contractors submitting bids) are invited to attend the meeting by Zoom only.

If you join before the meeting has begun, you’ll be placed in a virtual “waiting room” until the meeting is called to order at or around 4pm. Microphones for members of the public will remain on mute throughout the duration of the meeting. Since no Board action will be taken relative to the sealed bids at this meeting, there shall be no public comments.
