NOTICE OF MEETING BY REMOTE ACCESS
A meeting of the Board of Directors of Summit Pointe will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.
Pursuant to Public Act No. 228 of 2020 (S.B. No. 1108), this meeting will be conducted electronically to allow Summit Pointe to conduct its public business, and the general public to participate, without unduly compromising the health, safety, and welfare of meeting participants during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. This meeting will also be conducted electronically so that members, staff, and the public comply with Emergency Order under MCL 333.2253 – Gatherings and Face Mask Order, issued by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services on December 7, 2020, as amended and revised on December 18, 2020.

Joining the Meeting and Participation
The meeting will be held as a Zoom webcast. You can join from a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile phone. To attend from any one of these devices, simply click on the following
If you join before the meeting has begun, you’ll be placed in a virtual “waiting room” until the Board’s Chair is prepared to call the meeting to order at or around 4pm.
Microphones for members of the public will remain on mute throughout the duration of the meeting, except during the Public Comment portion of the Agenda. If you want to make a comment during the meeting, simply click the “raise hand” button either before or during the Public Comment portion of the agenda, and the meeting host will invite you to unmute your microphone in the order your request is received. If you prefer to have a comment read during the meeting, you may send comments beforehand through the Board Contact page of this website at https://www.summitpointe.org/board-contact/. The Board will not accept comments during the meeting through the “chat” feature on Zoom.
Members of the public who do not have a computer or internet access can listen to the meeting by calling 1-646-558-8656 and entering the following Meeting ID when prompted: 830 1485 2137. To provide a public comment using this method of joining the meeting, you must submit comments beforehand using the Board Contact page above.
Members of the public who wish to comment are permitted, but will not be required as a condition of providing comments, to state their name or other identifying information.
